The Curiosity Dome Theater is an immersive experience, developed by Rice University & the Houston Museum of Natural Science & with the support of NASA, to spark wonder and exploration. It’s a unique structure that houses a variety of interactive exhibits, each dedicated to different areas of knowledge—science, art, history, and nature. The Immersive Dimension Dome Theater incorporates the latest developments in projection theater and computer animation to produce a true immersive experience. This mind altering feeling lets your visual senses explore places unseen until now as you enter into the Immersive Dimension.
